Bike Clinics or Fleet Servicing
Corporate Fleet Services
Do you have a fleet of bikes (4 or more) that need regular maintenance and servicing? Cycletech Silverstone offer a maintenace service package that will itemise your bikes in order to keep a service history and provide on site maintenance for the fleet.

Maintenance will be carried out by Paul, who is a fully Cytech qualified Cycle Technician, at pre-determined intervals. These are determined by the use of the bike in terms of frequency and severity of the riding conditions.

Being local to the Motor racing Industry we are mindful of the rotation and logistics of equipment that travels the world to the different racing events. If you have a fleet of bikes that travel with your race teams in order for them to get around the International circuits then we can help you maintain those bikes to ensure they are fit for purpose.

We are a proud service provider to RedBull Racing and their team fleet of Race Track Bikes.

If you would like to discuss your needs for fleet servicing then please get in touch using the contact form and we can arrange a scoping meeting with Paul.

Corporate Bike Clinic Events
Cycletech Silverstone offers full or half day clinics tailor made to your needs. This could offer your employees the opportunity to have their bike well maintained ensuring their safety on the road and a cleaner, greener commute to work. Clinics could include safety checks and simple maintenance advice and quick repairs through to a full service depending on what you are looking for.

Support Staff Wellbeing
Studies show that staff who cycle are less likely to take time of work due to illness and promoting a healthy lifestyle to your staff and supporting their wellbeing will lead to a more productive workforce.

Reduce Carbon Emmissions & Improve your CSR
Did you know that if one person ditches the car for a bike on their commute to work they could reduce carbon emmissions by 300kg of CO2 each year? This can really support a greener travel plan for your business and help towards your comapny's Corporate Social Responsibility.

How does it work?
In advance of the day, and to determine if a bike clinic is a viable offer, we will provide you with a questionnaire to circulate to all your staff to gather data on their commuting habits. We can determine from this data the number of cycle commuters you have, the types of bikes they ride, the length of their journey and the type of terrain they travel. This will provide you with an idea of how many people would be able to take advantage of the clinic and for how long the clinic would need to run.
Paul will visit your company and scope out where would be the best location for the set up of the clinic, the times you would require and the type of work to be offered to your employees.
A booking in form will be provided in advance of the day itself which will give us an opportunity to see if there are any repairs needed that are known to the owner of the bike and also for us to gather feedback on your behalf of any improvements that could be made to the infrastructure of the business in relation to bicycle commuters.

Example structure of a clinic day:
On the day itself Paul will arrive at approximately 8am (custome times available) for an 8.30am start. A Gazebo and Van will be set up and all bikes will be kept undercover so rain is not an issue.
Paul will meet each customer with their booking form and discuss their needs. The bike will be put into the bike stand and given a full safety check (RRP £40)
The bike will be completed and safe to ride providing no other repair issues have been flagged. The owner will be informed and advised of any further work that we recommend to ensure the smooth running of their bicylce.
Paul can liaise with the owner to discuss any further repairs to be completed at their convenience should they wish to.

After the event:
Paul will provide a full report of the work carried out (annonymised due to GDPR). The report will include data which could consist of any of the following:
Majority of issues on the bicycles seen at event
Percentage of rider demographic (if required/requested)
Shortest distance ridden to/from workplace
Longest distance ridden to/from workplace
Average miles ridden to/from workplace
Recommended infrastructure improvements suggested by riders
Other customisable information requested (prior to arrangement)
